Friday: 12pm – 8pm
Saturday: 10am – 6pm
CDC GUIDELINES IN EFFECT
There will be face masks available and strictly enforced, multiple hand sanitizer stations around the venue and social distancing will be enforced.
BOOTH SET UP TIMES:
Thursday, August 27th | 10am – 5pm
Friday, August 28th | 8am – 11am
IMPORTANT BOOTH RULE CONSIDERATIONS:
Do not leave your booth unattended for an extended period of time during the show. No vendor shall take down their booth early Friday – Saturday. There will be a $500 fee for anyone who breaks down their booth early on any day.
Sampling and handing out food is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You may hand out sample size pre-wrapped candy only.
SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT:
Please come prepared with all of the supplies and equipment required for your booth’s setup.
Tables and chairs will be available for rent on site while supplies last. We recommend supplying your own table and chairs.
Nationwide Expos will have multiple staff members on-site at all times. If you have an emergency and can’t find one of our team members, you can call Marcus’s cell phone at 970-631-7133. If you cannot reach him, please text the number.
