Beware of Scams: Protect Yourself from Fraudulent Sellers

Beware of Scams: Protect Yourself from Fraudulent Sellers

At Nationwide Expos, we prioritize the safety and security of our vendors and attendees. Unfortunately, scammers may attempt to take advantage of our events by posing as representatives of Nationwide Expos or by selling fake tickets online. Please read below to learn how to protect yourself.

Common Scams to Watch For:

1. Fake Booth Sales

Scammers may reach out via email, phone, or social media pretending to be Nationwide Expos employees, attempting to sell booth spaces. If you are ever unsure about the legitimacy of an offer, please contact us directly at [official contact info] before making any payments.

✅ Booth spaces are ONLY sold through our official Nationwide Expos sales team. If you are unsure about a salesperson, reach out to us to verify before proceeding.

Official Nationwide Expos team members all communicate using emails ending in @nationwideexpos.com. Any other emails are not affiliated with Nationwide Expos.

2. Fake Ticket Sales

The majority of our home shows are FREE to attend. However, scammers often post fake ticket sales on platforms like Facebook and other social media pages.

✅ The ONLY places to get our free tickets are through our official ticket partners:

  • Eventbrite
  • Ticketleap
  • Accelevents
  • Official Home Show Facebook Events Page
  • 10Times

If you see anyone attempting to sell tickets to our events outside these platforms, it is likely a scam.

How to Stay Safe:

🔹 Always purchase booth spaces directly from Nationwide Expos representatives.
🔹 Only get free tickets from our official ticket partners.
🔹 Avoid engaging with individuals selling tickets on Facebook or other third-party sites.
🔹 If you suspect a scam, report it to us immediately at In**@*************os.com.

Help us spread the word! If you see any suspicious activity, let us know so we can take action. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming shows—safely and securely!
