Sponsorships

What types of sponsorships does Nationwide Expos offer?

We offer multiple sponsorship levels designed to give your business premium visibility before, during, and after the show. Our main tiers include:

  • Spotlight Sponsor
  • Category Sponsor
  • Presenting Sponsor

Each of these includes a booth (size varies by tier) plus enhanced marketing placement.

We also offer add-on sponsorships that do not include a booth, such as:

  • Bag Sponsorship
  • Vendor Lounge Sponsorship

These add-ons are ideal for businesses looking to gain visibility without exhibiting onsite.

Do sponsorship packages include booths?

Yes — our three primary sponsorship tiers (Spotlight, Category, Presenting) all include booth space with premium placement.
Bag and Lounge sponsorships are considered add-on marketing opportunities and do not include a booth.

How early should I reserve a sponsorship?

Sponsorships should be reserved at least 3 weeks prior to the show to ensure you receive full marketing coverage, including:

  • Inclusion in social media campaigns
  • Email features
  • Logo placement on digital ads
  • Mentions in applicable traditional media

Sponsorships booked inside of 3 weeks may still receive benefits, but full exposure cannot be guaranteed due to production timelines.

What is included in the Spotlight Sponsorship?

Spotlight Sponsors receive premium placement in event marketing, preferred booth positioning, and highlighted exposure on social and digital campaigns. This tier includes a standard booth.

What is included in the Category Sponsorship?

Category Sponsors receive exclusive representation within their category, along with increased marketing visibility and a larger booth footprint (typically a 10×10 or 10×20 depending on the market).

What is included in the Presenting Sponsorship?

Presenting Sponsors receive the highest level of exposure, including:

  • A larger booth (often 10×20)
  • Prime placement on all advertising where applicable
  • Brand mentions in digital and traditional media
  • Top-tier visibility onsite

What is the Bag Sponsorship?

The Bag Sponsorship allows your company’s logo to be featured on attendee bags distributed at the show entrance. Booth space is not included.

What is the Vendor Lounge Sponsorship?

The Vendor Lounge Sponsor can promote products or services directly to vendors before and after show hours. This includes designated signage and access to present to exhibitors. Booth space is not included.

Can sponsorships sell out?

Yes. Sponsorships are limited per show and often sell out due to category exclusivity and marketing deadlines. We recommend reserving early—preferably 4–8 weeks in advance.

Can I be a sponsor at multiple shows?

Yes. Many businesses choose multi-show or multi-market sponsorships for extended regional visibility. Ask your account manager about multi-show pricing.

Operations & Logistics Questions

Do you provide pipe and drape?

Yes. Basic pipe and drape is included in all standard booths.

Do you offer pipe and drape rentals outside the show?

Yes — we offer rental services in Tennessee, Colorado, and Utah.

Is a forklift available at my venue?

Some venues offer forklift services for a fee. Information is included in your exhibitor packet.

How do I change my booth size or add services?

Contact your sales representative. Changes depend on availability.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are determined by the terms in your exhibitor contract.

Scam Prevention & Security

How do I know if someone trying to sell me a booth is legitimate?

Scammers sometimes impersonate event organizers online. Nationwide Expos will never sell booths through:

  • Facebook or Instagram DMs
  • Personal Gmail/Yahoo/Outlook emails
  • Random text messages
  • Unverified phone numbers
  • Third-party individuals claiming to “work with the event”

If someone contacts you outside our official channels, it is not Nationwide Expos.

How can I safely book a booth at a Nationwide Expos event?

Booth reservations can be made ONLY through:

  • Our official website: NationwideExpos.com
  • Our verified office line: 800-201-4663
  • Emails ending in @nationwideexpos.com

If the contact method does not match one of these, it’s fraudulent.

Do scammers also try to sell fake tickets to your shows?

Yes — this has become increasingly common. Be cautious of individuals or unofficial pages trying to collect payment for tickets.

Are your Home Shows free?

The majority of our Home Shows offer free admission.
Anyone attempting to sell you a paid ticket for a standard Nationwide Expos Home Show is a scammer.

How do I buy tickets for your paid events (Ski & Outdoor Expos)?

Our paid events — such as our Ski & Outdoor Expos — sell tickets ONLY through our verified Eventbrite account.
You can access legitimate ticket links directly from:

  • The official show website
  • The show’s main social media accounts
  • NationwideExpos.com event pages

If you do not see the link coming from these official sources, do not purchase the ticket.

We will NEVER:

  • Sell tickets through personal accounts
  • Sell tickets through Facebook Marketplace, DMs, or random comments
  • Use CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal for ticket processing

How can I verify that someone works for Nationwide Expos?

All legitimate employees will always use:

  • An email ending in @nationwideexpos.com
  • One of our official phone lines
  • Professional communication matching our brand

You can call 800-201-4663 anytime to confirm the identity of a staff member.

What should I do if I suspect a scammer contacted me?

Do not send money or personal information.
Take a screenshot and forward it to in**@*************os.com so our team can review and take action.
